Why Families Choose Hospice Massage

Hospice massage is centered on comfort rather than correction. Each session is thoughtfully adapted to the individual’s needs and may help ease physical discomfort, encourage relaxation, reduce feelings of anxiety, and offer the reassurance of safe, compassionate touch.

Beyond the physical benefits, many families find comfort in having someone who understands the unique tenderness of this stage of life—someone who can quietly support both the patient and their loved ones with presence, respect, and compassionate care.

My Approach

I believe every person deserves to feel safe, respected, and cared for throughout every stage of life.

My intention is never to force change, but to meet each person exactly where they are, offering compassionate presence, gentle touch, and individualized care that supports comfort, dignity, and quality of life. I strive to create a calm, peaceful environment where both patients and their loved ones feel supported during this deeply meaningful time.

What a Session Looks Like

Each visit is tailored to the individual’s comfort, needs, and energy level.

Sessions are most often provided wherever the person calls home, including private residences, assisted living communities, nursing facilities, hospice homes, or other care settings. Care is commonly offered while the individual is resting comfortably in a hospital bed or recliner using gentle massage techniques, comforting touch, and a pace that honors the person’s wishes.

Massage table sessions may also be available when appropriate.
